April is National Poetry Month! The League of Canadian Poets promotes this annual event and have chosen “Land and Sea” as this year’s theme. Your poetry doesn’t need to relate to this theme - it is just a suggestion.

This event is open to anyone who enjoys poetry. You are welcome to recite a poem that you love, even if you didn’t write it (you just need to credit the poet who did). If you just want to come and listen that’s okay too. Poetry is for everyone!
