Paper quilling, or paper filigree, is rolling thin paper strips into coils and shapes like flowers, leaves, butterflies, and geometric forms. These pieces combine to make flat or 3D art—cards, wall hangings, jewelry, and decorations. The craft can be simple or very detailed. In this workshop participants will create Christmas ornaments.
