Join Joan MacGillivray and Catherine Henshaw for this introductory sewing workshop. No experience is required!
In addition to learning/becoming more comfortable with your sewing machine you will have the opportunity to to learn how to use a quilting ruler, cutting mat and rotary cutting tool.
You will have the choice to make several projects including a thread catcher (fabric container), a purse-sized tissue holder, a mug rug (coaster), and a plate cozy that you can use in your microwave. Fabric will be provided for the projects but feel free to bring your own fabric if you prefer.
